Every time whenever I am in Sengkang, I will definitely swing by their place at Rivervale Mall. Always ordered the Royal Earl Grey Milk Tea with brown sugar pearls. So yummilicious! The night-time staff are the best, great service & so friendly!

Ordered for first time via grab. It taste good, the boba is a bit too sweet.

I am super big regular customer for rivervale outlet，one week 7day come to buy！ Very happy to see 'Shi En' is back for work at this outlet！ Very like to when i push the door can heard her voice and say 'hello welcome' and staff crew will follow and can feel the shop got teamwork ❤️ and can heard their 'thankyou byebye', i can't find this feel at any other shop~~she look like bring all staff crew to work very happy together When very busy i also can saw their teamwork and how to make a nice drink, no anyhow do when their busy drink are super nice also！ i like their refreshing fruit tea，can bite all the fresh fruit and the chewy topping sakura crystal ball ~~ and also roasted oolong milktea with honey pearl i can drink everyday ！ Anywhere she always remember me, and always suggest me to try other flavour ,that why i everyday want to come here haha This is a milk tea shop that really cannot be missed！

The only outlet in Singapore that operates 24 hours! A really good point is that i can satisfy my bubble tea craving at anytime of the day. Really close to my house and i can get quality bubble tea at my convenience. Their coconut series is a must try! Never forgetting the mango series as well, with fresh mango pulps inside! Hope everyone can enjoy the bubble tea just like how i enjoyed it :)

I actually love whale tea but this particular branch has disappointed me twice. I ordered via grab and grab receipts were right. However, both times the drinks did not have sticker labels. At least we got the orders right the first time. Second time, all the orders were wrong and they had marker writings on the cup. Makes one have no confidence in ordering a third time.

Service was a little slow. Interesting is.. Their bubble tea comes with cookie! Nice cafe layout and they offers a wide range of drinks!

Very good quality milk tea, a milk tea shop that makes me willing to wait and try every day！ Whether it is online ordering or walk in order, I have never been disappointed. The new flavors that have been introduced are also very pleasant. It’s so diverse that people can always try different flavors The packaging and every cup come with the free cookies every time are also very considerate ❤️

Excellent quality and taste refreshing! Love their brown sugar pearls and the variety version of brown sugar milk tea ~ The flaming brown sugar is cool! The sweetness level is just right. First time realised they're operated for 24 hours, its convenient for me when I was having midnight cravings ? Will continue to support again. ?? Looking forwards to more special flavours ?
