short of manpower... the staff are overworked and overwhelmed... i blame the company and not the staff they only two staff with a very long quene

This 2 star is NOT for the service staff but for the LiHo corporation itself. Let.Your.Staff.Close.Grabfood/Foodpanda.If.It.Is.Busy! It's ridiculous that as a customer we are given a pick up time and yet have to wait 30 minutes PAST that pick up time to get the drink because it was too busy. Of course I know that they have a queue to follow and because of how crowded it is in person, maybe the people who ordered in person also wait up till half an hour too. But if that's the case then allow/ask your staff to turn the food delivery services off or at least highlight that there will be a longer waiting time on the application! It's extremely misleading to allow customers to order pick-up orders with the regular short waiting times, especially when that service is precisely to shorten the waiting time as we can just pick up and go. Your staff are incredibly overworked and overwhelmed so I completely sympathise with them, especially the poor girl who was sending out the drinks having to deal with both a flood of customers and crowd of delivery drivers + pick up orderers piling their questions on them. Therefore, I definitely 100% do not put the onus on your staff who are trying their best, and I'm putting this on you as a business. Please, help your staff out and just switch off the machine or find a way to reflect longer waiting times on the delivery app when there is a long line in person.

24Oct20 Saturday. Nice ambience. Brighter and More spacious than Heartland mall. Pleasant staffs. Readily accepts to reuse the Liho tray and plastic bag brought along. Had requested for the Summer Passion Fruit Tea to be included in Grab order but customer service either did not revert up the management ladder or very slow and conservative to react giving the reason that this drink is unpopular. First time trying this drink and is refreshing. Somehow the white pearls in this fruit tea has a smoother texture and pleasantly more palatable than in other fruit tea drinks. This outlet also understands all the healthier choice requests and resulting drinks were tasty.

suddenly thought abt how i lost my phone at this liho outlet two years ago. i left my phone at the countertop whr they call for our order number and we take our bubble tea there. i realised that i lost my phone and went back around ten minutes later and asked the worker if she saw my phone and she said no. my family member went back two weeks later and asked the same worker(i think) if she saw the lost phone and the worker lied that she returned it to the information counter. however, my family member had already earlier on went to the information counter to ask if people returned the lost phone, but the person at the counter said they didn’t receive my lost phone and would advice to go back to the shop and ask the worker. therefore, it is obvious that the worker was actually lying about the fact that she returned the phone to the information counter. in the end, she probably had no more lies and excuses that she just had to surrender the phone LOL. when i got my phone back, i saw that she even changed my apple id on my phone to her own one. to conclude, the worker wanted to keep my lost phone to herself and lied. this is really unacceptable. i am in the fault to be careless and just leave my phone there. however, lying and trying to make something that belongs to the customer your own is really ridiculous. this happened two years ago, they probably fired that worker already. (i hope so)

Ordered a hot tea but it came out warm. Waited for quite awhile for them to clear the drinks meant for delivery, probably the reason why my tea got colder. Disappointing.

Super slow service and bad attitude, especially the lady in a bun and round glasses. Waited for about 20 mins before asking about my order, turns out it was done and on the counter (which had like 20 other drinks that they didn’t bother announcing on the buzzer thing too), and I found out that they didn’t bother to ring the buzzer or shout the queue number? Very strange that they’d rather the customers ask them one by one where their drinks are. Afterwards I asked the staff why didn’t they announce the number or ring the buzzer and lo and behold she just ignored me and didn’t bother giving any explanation lol ?
