★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here around 4pm on a Sunday. Only one man helping while two other female waitress were sitting down and laughing…don’t work f and b if u want to slack. Besides that, the food took forever. We ordered bibimbap, ramen and tteokbokki. After finishing the bibimbap and ramen, the tteokbokki wasn’t even done yet. The worst part abt everything is that when the tteokbokki came, it was undercooked. It was extremely hard to chew. The bibimbap portion was too small for $16 considering some of the rice were burned and too hard to chew, the portion needs to be much bigger. Save yourself money and find a better alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff asked if want non-spicy or spicy chicken, I wanted non-spicy. But they gave me spicy instead. Staff either can't follow instructions or want to purposefully give me spicy knowing that I can't eat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $11.65 after tax for their cheese ramen that tastes exactly like instant noodles with some melted cheese bought from super market. Chicken wings has no chicken taste just sugary taste. Poor value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st red flag, 10 pieces of tiny lukewarm chicken chunks. Not sure why it was served so slow when it’s obviously not freshly cooked.
2nd red flag, deep fried seafood pancake (chef recommendation), came uncut, tried a chunk, just deep fried flour.
Really really bad experience. Understaffed, staff auntie kept complaining to customers saying “everyone is asking for orders, we are very understaffed”
Take your money and time somewhere else. I have saved both your money and time. Don’t bother eating here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting set lunch menu. Not very expensive. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The karae chikin (curry chicken) is not spicy, good for non spicy diners. The boneless chicken cubes, we order a combination (spicy and non spicy sauce), the spicy version is really HOT ?
Overall dinning experience is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hits & misses at this Bonchon outlet. The Jajeongmyen has a nice presentation & tasted good too. Cheese ramen looked so pathetic & was warm only. We expected piping hot. Had better Korean wings elsewhere. Outlet definitely understaffed as service was slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People tend to compare their chicken with 4 Fingers for many reasons.
The main difference I feel is the meat doesn't stick to the bone (is really easy to debonair compared to 4 Fingers).
The sauce and flavor is on par and one think I like it alot here is that the chicken is always piping hot when you eat it.
Other than chicken, they serve many dishes too and I would love to come back again.
Price is not cheap.

Ordered army stew and boneless chicken. Boneless chicken was quite small and kinda disappointing as there are better ones at other korean restaurants. Army stew was okay as the portion is big and they are not as stingy with the ingredients as the army stews elsewhere. Overall dining experience was okay.
Prices are steep - probably wont come back often.
