★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude. I made an inquiry via phone call and all I got was 'we're currently very busy, if you wish to know then you make a visit down here to check with us' (rudely in Chinese). I'd understand if the message was conveyed politely, or suggested I call another day, instead of being rude to potential customers.

Her attention to details and her dedication to provide the medical treatments to me and my family have earned her the trust of our family. Furthermore, the staff at the clinic is friendly and patient even when there are many patients. The clinic only accepts cash or NETS for payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly recommend Dr Diana to anyone who values immaculate care and a doctor who is attentive to details. I like that her diagnosis is highly accurate and she offers diverse treatment options, customised to my personal circumstances.
We are thankful for an empathic doctor who genuinely cares for our well being. My kids absolutely love Dr Diana & will make cards for her from time to time!
My kids also enjoy conversations with the clinic's receptionist (they call her Aunty Anne). Anne has been with the clinic for more than a decade and is a warm, friendly staff.
The clinic is well kept and toilets are clean (I am quite particular about cleanliness of toilets). It gets busy during peak hours on certain days, so it's better to call and make an appointment prior to your visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seldom lost my cool at anyone. The male senior doctor Tan Kok Eng really cannot make it. He does not listen to his patient properly and was rude with his words till I have to explained to him louder to make sure he heard me. After that, he blamed his staff for the miscommunication when in the first place, he did not bother to listen to me. Will not come here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make an appointment with Dr Diana and was shocked to be greeted by a crude mannered staff. "Make appointment for what? For what?" This is an absolutely poor telephone communication skill.
Another time it was raining and we were told to wait outside the clinic without seats until our queue is called. I questioned the staff who eventually allowed us at their waiting area where there wasn't any patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The consultation was less than a minute .. I told the doctor I was COVID positive and he asked for my symptoms and that’s all !! I paid so much for less than a minute consultation and for 3 medicines. The waiting time to collect my medicine was very long too … another patient was complaining about the waiting time too .. most inefficient clinc I have ever been to
