β β β β β We call to clinic and the line always busy. Closed at 4pm... We reached at 2.50pm. Reception nurse said they don't take patients as now too many ppls. I trying to explain to her that my hubby really unwell and difficult to walk far. But she insist don't registered for us! Without empathy and understanding!!

β β β β β Seems like this clinic only staffs people with poor customer service judging by the number of 1-star reviews there are here. Spoke to a counter staff just to enquire something and she was already rude, I canβt imagine all these poor people who have to deal with the bad service when they are sick.

β β β β β Their clinic registration not exactly until 4:00pm because their registration stops at 12pm to 1pm to the exact.
So the patience that needed to see doctor have to wait from 12:00pm-1:00pm onward until 5:00pm just to see doctor. Is ridiculous.
Not professional enough with their time management. They say their doctor haven seen other patient yet.
Is slow and not up to standard with their services. Even when there are very few patient inside the clinic.
Is getting from bad to worse.

β β β β β The last place you will like to go when you are in an emergency!! The nurses are so disrespectful and does not offer any help when you are in need even if you are dying in pain. They donβt keep complete record and push everything to you and make it seems like we are responsible for it. An example will be I did my cervix vaccination there a few years back and the government has sent me another letter for the vaccination so I went back to check whether I have completed the 3 cervix vaccinations if not I will have to redo again. And the most ridiculous thing is they donβt have a complete record and do not know I have completed the 3 vaccines??? And the funny part is they ask me to check it for myself in my HealthHub app and thereβs nothing. Seriously the nurses there donβt have any idea of what they are doing and is rude!! I will never go there again ever in my life.

β β β β β Need to wait for about an hour to see doctor. And the female chinese doctor scold me just because i already take mc two weeks before. If iβm not sick then i wonβt go to see doctor . Plus itβs my right. Or i donβt have right to take a good care of my body and health is it? Then after see doctor i need to wait for another 1 hour to get my medicine. Ridiculous

β β β β β Clinic suppose to call for dengue result for my son. Waited no calls. When i call back they told me called wrong number. I gave my number again and also to check for my son result, they say cant reveal must come down personally to see doc. Then what is the purpose of the sms. Just tell next day come for review no need SMS right.
Then 5 mins later call me say its positive cm down now for blood test. I rush there n doc say palettes high come dw tomorrow again. Just what to say abt this service.

β β β β β Nurses were blur and do not seem to know their work well. On the day of my visit, I was terribly ill but I felt even worse after speaking to the nurses who are unprofessional and messed up my registration. I waited longer (3x the time I needed to wait to see the doctor) for the medicine than the doctor consultation and when it was my turn to collect the medicine, the nurse mistook that I have to do a Covid test too. Suggest the clinic to train your staffs better.

β β β β β Absolutely atrocious service. Following the doctorβs consultation I had to wait for an additional 1.5 hours for a simple ART test which they had forgotten to administer to me, despite going up to remind the counter staff thrice. Ironically feeling worse than before I visited the clinic. Would leave them with 0 stars if it was an option.
