m	moo min on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i wanted to buy a drink with the student discount, so i asked for the discount (IN MY SCH UNIFORM), and usually other outlets wouldnt ask me to show my ezlink card since im alr in uniform, but this lady asked me to. so i just showed la, then she was like "its invalid??" so i was like huh no im still a student. then she was like "it says 2018 here..?" so i was like... "yeah.. valid from 2018, not until 2018" then she was still skeptical ??? but after a few seconds she gave in but didnt bother asking if i need a bag. this is my first unfriendly counter at boost... so im quite disappointed ;/
G	Grace Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was sooooooo watery. It just tasted like water. I paid 9 dollar for the protein supreme and it was so awful and terrible. I couldn't bear to drink it, but throw it away. The most terrifying experience ever. You should hire a proper staffs to serve customer! Not like this! Never visit this outlet again. Ever.

L	Lee Yamashita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It isn’t that great. I love Boost and this outlet just doesn’t make good drinks. I tried multiple times with different staffs and yet always disappointed. The staff also don’t bother telling you that you have enough points to redeem a free drink. My preferred outlet to get Boost is at Tampines 1. Always consistent and delicious.

Stood up twice .. ten minutes each time ...whilst one of the staff tries to avoid serving by cleaning the juicer wipe down multiple multiple of times lethargically. I left by the time she makes the effort. Obviously not enjoying her job. Wont bother naming names or time. Hit and miss with you guys, Somserset or Bugis Boost are always switched on! I have seen some ultra fast boost employee doing 3 people job and seen time wasters like this. Half of the queue disappeared... I cannot be bothered as well. Try to make your staff be more accountable!! (I said I wont name names but the review before me already did ...oops! by the way, one of them seems like a newbie but she is doing well so keep it up) I've stopped going to plaza sg shop since that. Use to have good staff now just zombie employees.

On one encounter, I stood in front of the store (with no queue) for more than 5 minutes waiting for the staff to clean the equipment and chit-chat. Then 2 of them went out the store totally not acknowledging customers waiting at the store front to order. On another, ordered a large smoothie without ice but received a cup half full with ice - despite confirming with the staff that the cup she did was without ice. Also, noticed that the staff has poor hygiene practice, the blender/jars was not wash properly before using (there was still remaining fruits bits in the container), and they handled cash and fruits with the same gloves! These happened in the recent months and I was served by same 2 malay staff on all encounters. Do hope the company investigate and improve the food handling and customer service quality.
B	Bella Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop was left unmanned during peak hour. Waited for more than 25 mins for staff to return from 6.10pm to 6.35pm, no staff came back. Queue starting forming and people also left. Everyone was just there for an empty shop. Terrible.

The POS system is clearly on and the stall is open, just without any staff member to serve me. This time it's 1015-30am on Feb 4 for the record (left after that because I couldn't wait any longer)
