★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered two brekkie to go and I have to say GOODNESS GRACIOUS. Does BOOST ever train and ensure that their staff know to put the right proportion for each ingredient?? How is it that the smoothie can taste so diluted and at the same time so disgustingly milky? This outlet has to be the worst of all the Boost outlets that I have ever been. Will not ever come back to this outlet. Now I gotta throw away $14

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the other reviews that you read here are true. Even after 6 months, the quality control is still subpar compared to other outlets. Ordered a King William Chocolate and it tasted more like blended iced water than a banana chocolate smoothie. I don’t get what’s so hard about following a recipe that specifies how much of each ingredient you should put. Clearly understaffed as well with only 1 person handling the entire stall; could benefit from an extra hand that serves as a check and balance as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there tonight (2 Sep) around 8.30pm to purchase the carrot cake and banana cake. Asked the female staff if they have fresh (frozen ones) as we intend to put them in our freezer for consumption at our convenience. Female staff obliged but when she told the male colleague, could see his unhappiness behind the mask and disgruntlingly removed some items on top of the freezer in order to retrieve the cake, after we affirmed we wanted the frozen ones. We realised why he was reluctant initially.
However, he only retrieved the banana cake and when the female staff asked for carrot cake as well, he just shook his head. As the female staff wanted to confirm, she asked again and he simply shook his head again without any eye contacts with the female staff.
I believe the female staff is a junior staff as can tell that the male staff is the dictative one. I surmised that there are frozen carrot cakes in the freezer but the male staff was simply too LAZY to retrieve it for customer.
