Mr coconut is the best invention ever!!!!! Its healthy (i think) made with natural sugar from real coconut water. Order 0 percent sweet and the sweetness is just about right. My fav is the coconut shake add coconut icecream and black pearls. I stopped drinking bubble tea ever since i found this gem. My risk if diabetes heart attack and cancer is reduced by 90%!! Thank you mr coconut for saving my life ❤️ drink mr coconut now for lifetime gold membership.

Wrote this review while waiting for my order. While their beverages are perfectly serviceable at their present price point, I have mixed feelings towards the consistency of their service. The staff at the NEX outlet was responsive towards queries and were willing to help when I tried to redeem a birthday reward, but the young, scrawny man donning a pair of long vertical earrings was dismissive, aloof and flat out ignored me when I tried to clarify with him what 'bubbles' meant. He literally just gave me a second or two of eye contact and continued with whatever he had to do. I went on to make a purchase using my gut feeling. I think the management needs to have a word with him or reconsider his eligibility for the job. Admittedly, the Paya Lebar outlet seems shorthanded with all the grab deliveries they have to fulfill, but the least that they could do is to tell patrons that they will advise them later and perhaps offer an apology for not being able to tend to them immediately. Alternatively, add a short description on what some vague terms mean so that people can help themselves.

Product is great. Though 30+ minutes wait time for one drink is really not the reality you want to live in. It does not look like a wise decision to take in all the delivery orders while you only have 2 staff and still processing walk in requests for cash payment to further thinning your drinks output. I ended up getting my drink slightly above 30 minutes when I almost wanted to ask for refund, and a delivery uncle said he waited for over an hour.

Mr Coconut FTW! Never knew coconut ice cream tastes so good until I tried this. Coupled with peanut bits is my best bet for a savoury crunch; will opt out gula melaka the next time as it overwhelms the natural sweetness of coconut ?. Highly recommend the shake drink as it isn’t too heavy as it seems, the slightly nutty and fresh coconut pulp makes it a delightful after meal dessert.

Staff was friendly and efficient, used the self service kiosk as it was much faster. IMO the best coconut shake in SG, just wished that the queue wasn’t that overwhelming because of the long wait time.

Tried this outlet when u was in Paya Lebar the past week. Service was fast despite the many orders both from online and on-site. Found a coconut soft serve option available too! Super happy to have a double dose of great coconut. The soft serve was really good, rich flavour and right sweetness. Cone was generic though so that’s a pity. Be prepared to spend a bit of time queueing if business is good.

Always got queue until I curios. And yes, no wonder why it so popular. Like their coconut shake and soft serve. Got pair promotion on weekdays too. Also,available on Grab, but I don’t know how good the condition will be after delivery.. Recommended to try fresh one!
