HDL got a charm of making you miss it and subsequently revisit for its foods and services. Will consider PLQ branch first when I want to have HDL again! ?

The waitress is very helpful in assisting us in ordering the soup base, meat and vegetables. The food were served promptly upon ordering. Seats were comfortable and clean. We had a great experience eating there. #ILoveHaiDiLao
a	anaid hep (dp) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cane down for cny day 5 lunch! I had to call in to book and was smooth was told after 1230 only walk in in allows so booked for 1200. Was greeted by 2 staffs entrance of HDL! Last minute told them we wanted window seating and they were okay! Love it that similar to clark quay branch had window view seatings available! Staff which I can't rmb her name was new but she sound experienced and was able to communicate with other customers at opposite table. Love the customer service and all staffs were really nice and polite! How can you not come down here at least once for cny meal with friends r family!! HDL is better still to me then other hotpot restaurants. Miss their nail services n they stop temporary their handmade noodle show due to covid! Will drop by again thanks again to all staffs at HDL Sat Lunch giving us pleasant and welcome experience n service!?????
J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 pax booth seating, but we asked to allow 10 pax. Staff was very nice - they advised that 10 pax seating will be tight. But allowed us to sit together when we said we didn’t mind. Very attentive staff, helping us to constantly reorganize our bowls and plates since there was so many of us at the table. Special thanks to server Wang Ting. I’ve been served by her at this branch a few times and she is always friendly, attentive, and very welcoming. Appreciate your service!

I particularly love their collagen soup and I always order this every time when I visit here! Definitely better and much worthy than the Beauty in the Pot! Love it!

However, the sauces stations can be more since it gets crowded and their ice cream flavours selection could be improved. They kindly provided a small cake with some fruits for birthday person. They also have wide selection of meat. They have added two new soup based recently. The mala sichuan spicy is full of oil though :(
