★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. I asked a SUPERFRUIT ENERGY and I was very clear NO Ice. They still gave me with ICE and I can figure it out since it was very cold. I also saw the attendent adding ice. When I enquired why it’s so cold the whole staff of 4 people looks at each other, converses in a native language and tells me it’s because of the yogurt being cold. I would have loved if they would have accepted the mistake rather than lying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a King William chocolate and watched the entire making process. Lady did not add any banana and after telling her she did not, she insisted that she did. Understaffed and probably overwhelmed but overall bad experience, won't be returning.

The service was quite slow - normally I wouldn't mind but usually you want to get a juice on the go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always close before 9:20PM, mind your timing. Staffs were unpleasant and unwelcome. There was one time I came to their counter and the female staff was using her selfie cam on phone to fix her fringe hair & lash extension, she only took my order after she’s done fixing her hair & lashes lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Staff seemed like she doesn't care about the business or customers and just want to slack off.
Came at 940 and she rudely said "we are closed" before using her phone again.
Looking at the recent reviews, it seems like everyone is talking about the same female staff. She closes the shop way in advance just so she can use her phone and rot away.
Boost, I suggest you replace this staff if you want this outlet to succeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1 staff working during peak hours . With que and that staff being the cashier , making the juice and washing the blender . Staff was also not working at her fastest pace . Can’t really put full blame on the staff but the waiting time is similar to waiting a fine dining juice . WAY TOO LONG

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered here before but the service is just terrible. Today I went to this Guoco tower branch at around 4.30 pm and there were no other customers. The 2 staff had their backs turned away from the counter. I waited but no one turned around so I said "excuse me" several times but still both ladies didn't respond. So in the end i shouted "excuse me!" - the lady in the tudung finally turned around but she was very angry and rolled her eyes at me. She wasn't wearing her mask and was hiding in the corner for some time. I was so shocked at her rudeness that I asked if they were open. She said yes and took my order sullenly. If your shop is open, then at least be attentive and responsive to customers and not get angry and rude when customers repeatedly try to get your attention just to order a drink. Will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your poor staff member working alone with such a long, non-stop queue and crowd!! She's trying her best but this is such an awful work condition. Please put more servers here, this just makes the customer feel bad for ordering and service super slow (by no fault of the employee!!)
