★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe the staff here need to smile more when serving customer. I frequented often and at first i thought they’re just having a bad day. But after many times i started to feel there’s probably some ongoing issue with them. They’re unfriendly and made it seem like a burden taking my order and cash. Quite a let down for a cheerful image that comes with the brand. The juice is excellent but i still think the whole experience is still important.

the ingredients are not so blend well. Taste also so bad no sweet at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a all berry bang smoothie. But was given a all berry bang juice instead. It was so watery and was quite disappointed with the drink. Especially after waiting for so long. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes, when it get to hot and needed a cold drinks, I would proceed to Boost Juice Bars whenever I am around Northpoint City to get a delicious cup of one of my favourite, mango or avocado fruits booster. Prices are competitive and affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered watermelon juice in Northpoint place .The taste was not nice. .the staffs are not responding well. I ordered watermelon juice 4 times in one month with out ice . 4 times in different price . One time 4 dollar , another time 6.50, another time 4.50 . Today 5 dollar . One day one staff asked me 6.50 dollar . I told her last time I bought watermelon juice in 4.50 dollar. She said ok ok . Collected the 4.50 dollar . I can’t understand . Requesting to improve quality. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noticed that they failed to indicate the Juices which on-line customer ordered & when the delivery-man came to pick up, they trying their means to identify the drinks. As a result, there has a very long queue waiting for order.
Also, this time round, the Watermelon Lychee crush was quite badly done. It's tasteless (blend) & the ice was not well crushed. Guess they put too much ice, so the preset time for crushing isn't enough to crush all the ice cubes & also the drink became too blend.
Overall experience, BAD & Inconsistent !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So apparently if you sign up for their membership, you can scan your card and show them your ic to get any free drink. Literally any flavour any size. I chose the most expensive red royale. Supposed to have like tonnes of fruits but I don't taste any. Probably overloading of stuff isn't the option option. Drink also tastes like grass lol. I think it's beetroot with the tasty part covered up by the rest haha
