β β β β β The female auntie staff doing the closing on 19 May was so so rude and unpleasant. It was 9.40pm when I wanted to place order but she told me fiercely they are closed, without even looking at me. Horrible horrible staff

β β β β β I would say worst customer service I've ever encountered but I've personally experienced bad customer service and attitude at every llaollao outlet I've been to. Not a nitpick but I don't like llaollao so save your money and go to the Chateraise right infront of it instead if you're craving a cold dessert.

β β β β β Been ages since my last llaollao experience and thankfully it tasted as good. Always opt for Large cup & Pistachio sauce is a must have!! 4 stars because of the lack of fruit topping options. Service crew was polite. Only cash & nets payment... no paywave paynow, hope the outlet can upgrade.
