Friendly staff and easy to find. There is an air-conditioned area where you can relax, enjoy some drinks while waiting for your collection or doing your paper work. Your vehicle will be at a sheltered area where the customer service officer will guide you through the key features of the vehicle.

New car delivery center for Toyota, Lexus and Suzuki new cars. Arrive at the appointment time, it’s a quick and fuss free process to get your new car. Location is out of the way, but the indoor waiting area is comfortable and air conditioned. New cars for pick up are also parked in an indoor area which is cooler. Coffee, tea and other drinks provided if you need to wait.

I bought a Lexus ES 250 from Borneo Motors in March 2015. They touted excellent service for their Lexus cars. There were a few events that they opened to their Lexus members, but every time I tried to register, the response was fully redeemed. Two years into driving the car, the leather seats began to wear off. I approached the service centre on this problem as I had seen online that there was a problem globally on the Lexus leather wear issue. The workshop manager refused to acknowledged and said that it is dirty and and I should not wear jeans when driving the car. I subsequently wrote to them online, and through emails with no response. A saleswoman from Lexus told my sister when she bought the latest ES 250 that their company would honor the warranty for leather wear if it is 2-3 years. I approached the company again a second time and the response was a complete disregard. They said that I have to pay $4,000 to change the driver's backrest. Frustrated, I went to an outside car leather upholstery shop and repaired for only $480. Although Borneo Motors is the sole distributor for Toyota and Lexus cars, the management does not reflect the corporate culture promised by both Toyota and Lexus. Be careful if you buy from them.

We went in Borneo Motors without the intention of buying and only wanted to know more on Sienta. Evelyn Tee was the first to approach us and introduce herself. Throughout the session, Evelyn shared her rich experience on car dealing as well as the on-going trade-in promotions. We have learnt so much from this sharing. In the end, her numbers (calculations) convinced us that getting a new car is a wise move. And we definitely will seek her advice if we are ready to change our car again. She is a sales who understands and cares for her client's interest. We will highly recommend her!

Had a good experience collecting new Toyota with Pei Sze. This is my 3rd new car and was pleasantly surprised that they have a β€˜collection suite’. When I found the car, Pei Sze was already there and all prepared to show me walk me through the collection. She is very structured and clear with the information. The information flow to manage the magnitude of information helped me to take in the range of Toyota features and was a breeze for me. I was having a bad experience with the sales person just before the collection. From various top-up amount required to poor management of securing motor insurance despite having shared existing case and reserve amount before. Not to mention raising his voice, persistently calling despite rejecting calls due to being at work and saying nasty things about worst case accidents… At some point, this sales personnel made me wonder if I had met with a scam at Borneo Motors and true colours only showed after payments and monetary commitments were made. But Pei Sze turned around the experience. Kudos to her for providing the friendly and customer-oriented service. Appreciate the excellent service delivered by Pei Sze. Thank U!

Sales person is polite, patient, unassuming and accommodating. But once the sales is made, the delivery consultant treats you like dirt. You spend more than a hundred thousand dollars to buy a product, and when they hand you the product, you are made to stand in front of a counter to do the required documentation. Haidah seems to have good product knowledge, but is impolite, impatient and definitely lacks the kind of attitude that a customer deserves. At 3:45pm, she looks around and told me that her next customer is here. So what do you make out of this?

previously always collected at the West Coast Ferry Road location, first time collecting at Inchcape Centre. Now collection is in individual "rooms" which is nice, and collection process was smooth. Staff was friendly and explained everything nicely before handing over the vehicle.
