★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. We are students and we were fumbling with the earrings and one of my friends was just putting the earring at my ear to see how it would look. Didnt even keep it on.. and the lady made us buy the earring. Of course we were bamboozled??? Was surprised and the staff was so mean about it! It was so unpleasant... we may have been in the wrong but the lady was so unnecessarily mean about it :(

pm I entered a shop named, I am very
concerned about your customer service.
What happened was I picked up an earring
that I was just curious about and I
accidentally dropped it without touching the
ear. due to the covid 19, I understand that
it's part of a hygiene issue. However, the
fact that I have yet to even try, the staff
rudely asked us to purchase it. My friend
didn't want to cause a scene decided to
spend that stupid amount on the worthless
piece of magnet that doesn't even cost
anything. This is really terrible. I genuinely
hope that your staff is well educated enough
to be able to take care of the shop by
herself.
