โ โ โ โ โ First time visiting tenderfresh, and like many of the reviews, it's like at a casual restaurant setting with hawker food. Although wont lie the chicken thigh was really tender and soup was thick and creamy. However when ordering, staff was busy talking and laughing amongst themselves. While taking order, never complete then go off to do something else.

โ โ โ โ โ Came here today and left utterly disappointed. Service standard at the cashier dropped, super unfriendly. Fries in my chicken chop was so oily and old and just disgusting.
Use to come here often and order here often, but looks like i wont be coming back anytime soon

โ โ โ โ โ Aglio Olio is so tasty especially when they make it extra spicy for me. I love it. If you use grabfood and pick it up at the store, with the 20% off coupon its cheaper than the menu prices instore lol.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered a 2 piece sambal fried chicken, didn't know it came with coleslaw n ordered another coleslaw, portion is huge, almost fainted when I collected the food. In the end I take away the coleslaw instead ?
Nice chicken but the lemon juice or lemonade is too sweet
Mainly self service, from ordering and collecting of the food.

โ โ โ โ โ IMO the concept is like those coffee shop western food stores that were very popular maybe ten years ago(?) Like those kind you can have some fried fish or chicken with two side and also have fried rice and pasta. But the package it and put the store in a mall. Food tastes like those western food, although they did include some local fusion elements inside. There were four entrances to the inside although we were technically only allowed to enter via one or two. Ordering was also v confusing and slow and could be improved

โ โ โ โ โ Messy entrances. There is only one which they serve you so note the queue. Better than i imagined. Love the quantity of cheese fries. Chicken well fried. Staff friendly, pay upon ordering. Limited seats so come before crowded hours. Burger is okay, soft but comes with barbecue sauce, could have own made sauce.
