β β β β β Came in for a consultation after a hard hit car accident. Neck just super uncomfortable. Dr Zach sent me for an initial full spinal x-tray. Follow up sessions helped my whole body system holistically! Sleep better eat better poop better. Staff are gentle people and always there to crack you up.. all pun intended!!

β β β β β Amazing service. Everyone is extremely accommodating and helpful. Even when I was in constant pain, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to have an appointment either at their North point or other branches, and the doctor spend a fairly long time to thoroughly analyse what was causing the pain and treated me so well.

β β β β β I am one of the few fortunate ones privileged to receive the most professional care by Dr Xuan who helped me improve my spinal health, especially since my habits changed during the pandemic. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and a witty personality that allows every patient to be at ease and trusting him.
At the other end, Hany and team are always so full of energy at any time of the day when I enter/leave the clinic. How they do that will be a mystery for me as I know they are covering 3 clinics to serve different patients' needs. I am also thankful that I can alternate between 2 of the clinics due to my evolving schedule, and I am always able to reschedule so quickly...perhaps management can consider rewarding them for such ceaseless energy - it is rare to see these nowadays..

β β β β β My experience so far at Chiropractic First under the professional hands of Dr. Xuan has been very good. I came in with pretty bad lower back pains sustained from a sports injury and could hardly walk normally. However, within just 2-3 sessions, I started to feel major improvements in my condition. The consultation sessions with Dr. Xuan are clear and detailed, and the overall customer experience is excellent.

Right from the beginning during enquiry stage via Whatsapp, Angelina answered all enquiries with great details. Dila is great with kids; made our 5yr old son & 4 months daughter comfortable during their adjustment sessions. Not forgetting, the awesome Dr Julia who is super friendly & listens to all our concerns. We are grateful to have signed up our kids package here as we see tremendous improvements in their health (less prone to falling sick or even if they do fall sick, its quick recovery!) and their development.
