I felt hesitant, as I am cautious about offering my card details online, not to mention giving my valuables to strangers on the web, but Sam at Boxchain eased my concerns with a high level of responsiveness, even offering to collect the bag himself. The box arrived so quickly from the U.K to N.Z that I was utterly flabbergasted. I would definitely ship with Boxchain again and highly recommend their service to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend, from the beginning they gave a false quote, stating 40 boxes, and not describing the cuft of the box. Next they wanted more money and then almost a year later to this day, no delivery. I look forward to seeing the condition of my household goods. Horrible experience
