★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think there needs to be some improvement to the display cabinets the breads are in. I saw many flies landing on several of the buns which turned me off completely from purchasing anything from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last evening ago i was being served by a chinese national assistant n she helped me in picking some bread items n pass to the cashier who was trying to distract me by pushing me to buy pineapple bun which i rejected. Without checking i just tap my card n left w/o the cashier even giving me the receipt. when i got home i found 2 buns missing which i told the staff i needed 4. All i can say was if your staff was trying to cheat on any ignorant customers the company should do in something about it.
Very diappointed as we are uour regular customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The aunty here shouting "Mother daaaaayyyyy!" at the top of her lungs is eardrums-bursting annoying, especially when she's near you and all you're trying to do is buy bread in peace. I'd rate it up there with scraping fingernails on the blackboard. She's oblivious to the death stares she's getting from the customers too, thumbs up to her for her job commitment. But here's 1 star to the management for making her do something so LC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The breads and cakes are generally good. They managed not to increase their bread's prices but the bread sizes are visibly shrunk.
They can apply for government's WSQ grants to further develop some of their shop attendant's language proficiency.
