★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a quote for trade-in for my Rolex which is SGD$6000 lesser than that from another shop at Far East Plaza. Felt so cheated. Beware of the price being quoted as they are dishonest and will undercut market prices. Ask around before making the decision. Beware of this shop. Have bought a few pieces from them previously, however felt very disappointing this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Very cocky and arrogant attitude. Not welcoming to customers. Took a watch to try to wind and the shorter sales guy forbid to wind the watch. Even shop selling new watch will not say so to customers. How can a customer not experience the functions of a watch before buying…?
