★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COST. Rather go further to Oasis Terrace or WWP for bbt. Never encounter people sell bubble tea like machiam we customers owe them million dollars! Just an advice to the old workers there, I saw how u bullied the new soft spoken lady who do cashiering. But later never saw this new lady already. If you not happy with your work, please resign! Don't work until so unhappy and make we customers suffer.
Each a cup management should really look into the workers in this branch. They got serious attitude problems. If one day this shop folded, I will not be surprised. Really cannot make it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ literally staff have poor attitude ,, super rude ,, heard my order wrongly and when i get them to change back literally rolled eyes at me?? while waiting for my order she shouted so loudly " change order for what sia " etc in another language. even as a bubbletea lover i dont even want to buy from them ever again ,, super rude. hope that yall will change staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11.54 am today 15 January I buy early milk tea at 612 Punggol diver.There got 2 woman working.I’m very friendly with her ( woman no wear glasses) but see her eyes and her face like don’t want sell pear milk tea for me.The time at shop only me,no rider or customer.Why her feel angry customer.I’m buy drink pay money,not free drink.Hope boss teach her how to service friendly and happy with customer.I think shop and boss will get more money
