★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall buying experience was pleasant, was able to test ride the bike, they will even tune the bike before handing over to you. The boss of the shop was really humble and is constantly working on the customer bike while trying to service us. However, I can’t say the same for some other stuff (not all). Overall not a bad experience still. Would still recommend everyone to buy here just for the boss character.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the shop today with the intention to buy a foldie for my wife and her 2 friends who want to have the same type bikes.
The guy there told me I can't go in and see the bike. He asked me very unprofessionally what I want. I am not here to collect debt but giving you business. His approach was very rude. He told me to see it online. I have no choice but to go Back. He should have asked me questions about what I need and then he can recommend. Very dissapointed and wasting my time. Went down to north star branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specialises in folding bikes. I got my custom aceoffix titanium/carbon bike with them and have been loving the ride. Their technical knowledge for Pikes/3Sixty/Crius/Brompton for servicing are top notch. Unlike some other bike sellers who just want to sell bikes and move product, they actually advice and help you mod and upgrade your bike. They have demo bikes there and you can try for yourself. Because there's several models to choose from, make sure you know your budget, whether you want a bike more or less than 10kg, upgradability, how compact when folded and purpose. Then they will have a better idea on how to recommend you a bike for your use. They get quite busy with sales and repairs so better browse online and think through before popping by for sales!

The mechanic was very helpful and he checked, lubricated and tuned up my bike. Also gave me advice on how to maintain my bike. Result is a smoother and quieter ride. Thank you for the good service!

The mechanic is so patience to explain to me on the folding of the bike and doing a great job tuning and setting up the new upgrades before I leave with my purchase. Noticed the decal on the wheel was damaged and they changed the wheel with no question asked. ?

Their knowledge on the mechanics of folding bike is top-notch and they provide excellent service in making sure my bike is nicely mod, properly tuned, safe and road worthy when i sent my bike to them after a bad fall during a ride on a rainy day. They go way & beyond their call of duty to check & service the other parts of my bike to make sure it is safe for ride. Charges are very reasonable & servicing is fast & impeccably done by Addie ; totally can trust that your bikes will be in good hands with the Cyclogic team. Highly recommended.
