★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love our master D and velocity buy from this Cyclogic Tampines branch. Have a big space to try out different bike. Their staff was very helpful to share , and even advise, just buy the basic, and try and ride for a period before future upgrade, if needed.
Provide training and helpful tips to new folding bike owners to do bike check (first parade task every time) before every ride, as folding bikes must be secured properly, else unfortunate accidents happened to riders, who think the folding bike is like normal fixed bike.

They listened to my travel plans and concerns, and gave solid practical recommendations, and let us try multiple times, until we were ready to buy. There was no pressure at all throughout the decision process; can't imagine a better experience.
