The thai milk tea could be better. But one of the best options in Singapore for approx 1 litre volume of thai milk tea and ice at $4.50 or $6.50 with no ice is definately value for money.(it last me quite a while). Staff service was great. Add $2 for no ice and $0.50 for less ice. Location is ok more accessible by foot.

drinks are all good , would definitely come back . however the only issue is the staff. one of the staff gave us a black face, was super excited to get the drinks but she act like as if we owe her ????? if ur tired jus go home, ur customers dont owe u anyth . pls teach ur staff basic customer service skills :)

Really great place to get some tea and have a chat with your buddies, the price is very reasonable for the size you get. Very popular among locals and tends to be very crowded on most days.

I bought the charcoal match green tea and lavender milk tea. Unfortunately the amount of charcoal and lavender in the tea was so pathetic...you can only miserable specks of it at the bottom of the cup...I was really disappointed ?. Paying extra for them is so not worth it at all. Lemongrass brewed tea is disgustingly sweet! It would be great if they can allow customers to choose sweetness level like bubble tea! Overall for me, I find Broti really over-hyped!
