★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queenie is my therapist at browhaus great world. This is my 2nd time going to her, thus, it was easier for me this time round as I had reference photo/shape and reference colour for her to review. She is very friendly, and I kind of trusted her experience (the 1st time I did my brows with her was 2 years ago). The only part I wished could be better was letting me check through my brows and the colour and ensuring that I am satisfied before wanting to let me go off. But i did provide feedback on the spot and she reassured me that any changes could be arranged during the touch up, as I might need some time to get used to the shape, colour, and having defined brows again. But overall, I am still satisfied at the outcome of my brows!
Haziqah helped me to arrange my appointments. She is very friendly and ensure that I am able to get a slot based on my schedule.

I live walking distance from
The Paragon but I drive all the way to GW for my threading simply because Queenie works at that outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to this Browhaus for a few years, always impressed with the service and how my brows and eyes have looked radiant. My eyebrows are neatly groomed and shaped each time too!
I’d like to compliment Haziqah for handling my numerous appointments so well when I visited on Good Friday and also on previous occasions. Queenie is the therapist that I trust and leave my brows, eyelids and even puffy eyes. As you know, the look above the mask is so important now hahaha. See you ladies soon!

Let me say that that was the best visit i have had at the browhaus and i have been to many of their outlets, but this is 1st time to try this outlet.
I normally do threading only. This time I decided to do browgraphy , JESSY my therapist was so nice and comforting, explained the process before hand and during step by step what she’s doing.
She was very knowledgeable bout brows in general as well. I am very happy with my result and would definitely recommend her thank you Jessy :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evelyn has been my go-to aesthetician for brow and upper lid threading for at least 2 years. Previously, was going to this Browhaus location regularly for Kiwi’s services. Before they closed, i was going to the one in Dempsey.
Just did my second brow resurrection today and am very pleased with the results.
Service here is always prompt and professional, which I appreciate. The rooms here for each client are private, clean and pleasant. Have always enjoyed my visits at Browhaus!
