Cherry is a vey patient therapist and her service is of high quality standard. She will ensure the eyebrows she helped to shape suits her customers. My eyebrows shape is quite challenging for all therapists to shape but she does a very good job without complaints even if it means taking a longer time to complete. And she does it less painful as compared to many others. A highly recommended beauty therapist I always go to.

Have been doing brow and upper lip threading with Sharon for a while. She is friendly and also an experienced therapist who provides speedy and meticulous threading service! The receptionists are also friendly. They even went out of the way to rearrange the appointment so that we can do our threading before the Phase 2 H.A. Thank you to the staff from Browhaus Tampines!

Used to go to the cityhall outlet until my therapist left. Then decided to go to the tamp outlet since it's nearer to my home. Started out with random available therapist until i met Cherry. Cherry has a cheerful personality and good brow shaping skills, she provided me with useful advice on how to draw my brows and I was very grateful for that. She is friendly and approachable and skillful. Can request for her if you will like to try out brow threading and shaping.

Extremely disappointed and highly do not recommend getting your brow embroidery at the Tampines outlet! After the 1st embroidery session, many unexpected results followed. Firstly my left and right brow shapes were drawn very unevenly - the left brow had a more curved arch as compared to my right brow that was drawn straighter. Also, the tail end of the left brow was drawn thinner and sharper, as compared to the tail end of the right brow that was thicker and less sharp. Although I’m well aware that eyebrows should be β€œsisters and not twins”, may I put it plainly that it was to the point that even friends & family around me took notice of my uneven brows and highlighted it to me, leaving me very uncomfortable and conscious of my brows. So, i’m not joking when I say it was really uneven. Secondly, the colour pigment of the ink used was not showing through at all. After my brows scabbed off fom the 1st session, my brows honestly looked like my original brow colour… After the 2nd touch up session, it was a little better although still not as obvious as i’d liked it to be considering I selected the β€œfull” embroidery style and not the β€œnatural” style. Perhaps it could be my skin texture that was not β€œcooperating” but certainly, I very much expect the colour to have been more obvious. All in all, I believe with the hefty price tag I paid for for this service, the quality of the brow service at Browhaus was way below my expectations and to put it bluntly, I’d rather visit other brow places that are half the price as compared to Browhaus and I believe they could do a better job (as proven by other friends whom have done and gone). I’ve already complained to browhaus, and thankfully the customer care team managed to switch me to another outlet (Orchard) along with a new therapist and have gone for a complimentary 3rd touch up. Results are now much better so that is the saving grace. But with all the hassle/ trouble/ disappointment/ unhappiness along the journey, I would still HIGHLY recommend you not to get your embroidery done at Browhaus, more so the Tampines outlet. If however you still wish to proceed, then from personal experience, the Orchard outlet would be a better bet.

Update: Tried calling the customer service line on numerous occasions but it never got through and my calls were subsequently dropped. Used another number to call and could easily get through. Shame that such a large organisation will resort to blocking and ignoring client's emails to avoid providing services and deny a refund for sloppy work done. Did my first eyebrow embroidery when I walked in. Was told that there wasn't a trial price so I had to purchase a package of 4 sessions which has to be fully utilised within a year from the date of purchase. My therapist, Sharon, did my right brow fairly quickly but took a long time to 'fill' my left brow to the point the numbing cream has lost its effect and I was feeling pain. Towards the end, I was told to fill my brows with a brow pencil for the gaps she said she couldn't fill. The skin started scabbing 4 days later and I was disappointed when my brows looked just like before I had embroidery done - there was no difference! 3 weeks later, I called the main appt line to schedule an appointment for a touch-up. The guy on the line said I can't have an appointment on my preferred dates as I needed 2 hours and there aren't any 2 hour slots at Tampines. I went down to the physical outlet the next day hoping to schedule an appointment that week and was told a touch-up only required 50 minutes and can only be scheduled at least 4 weeks after the first session! Two weeks later I called the Tampines outlet to schedule an appointment and requested for another therapist to do my brows. I was told that since I am making a complaint, she (Mary Grace) will get the Master Therapist to do my brows but I must come on a day where both Sharon and the Master Therapist is present - and two weeks later. I don't understand why I need to be there when both of them are present since Sharon has taken notes of my brow color and my type of brows with pictures taken before and after and these information were stored in their system. Assuming the Master Therapist is more experienced than Sharon, why does she still require Sharon to be around for my touch-up session? I was shocked that I wasn't informed that only ONE therapist could do my brows for me. My brows are not sparse, and only required filling and outlining but I found it ridiculous that after paying S$1800 I still needed to draw my brows daily despite having embroidery work done. Also, instead of planning my touch-up schedule according to my work, I now have to plan my work around my touch-up schedule which doesn't make sense at all. Update: Till date Ive only received one email from customer service asking me to book an appointment with them with no advise on my questions on which therapist will be able to do my brows. Purchase their package at your own risk. It has been 6 days since we last conversed on email and still no reply on my request for a refund hence this Google review. I will also be lodging a report with CASE Singapore to get my money back.

Went here for my lash resurrection trial everything was going well until the end of the treatment. Was informed about a few packages for lash resurrection. I told them I'll pass. Then I was told that if I didn't want to pay at once I could pay the package using atome I said no as well. Then i went out to pay for the aftercare, was told by the cashier again about the package they did talk to me politely but was it really necessary to ask me 3-4 times after declining several times. Not everyone is able to take packages.

Had a pleasant experience at this outlet with Lynn! She would go the extra mile to let you know what’s she gonna do with your brows and would check in if you are okay with it, would also advice on how to fill your brows after threading! she would also make the threading process as comfortable as possible by having small talks with you! :) would totally recommend her!
