★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended for facial skin care like pimple extraction and other skin problem treatments. I will highly recommend Mandy as the specialist. I had maskne last Dec 2020 and she did a good job extracting all my acnes. I observed that one month after, my face was better and the maskne was recovering. She will also ensure that you take care of your skin. The session that I took was also effective. I have lesser pimple nowadays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went thru acne treatment session for a year. The result is average. The therapist, Chloe, is friendly and attentive at first when I was getting packages which costs about 3k to 4k. But as soon as I mentioned that I am still thinking about getting the next package (as I am really not that satisfied), she started to be not attentive to me anymore. I still have few sessions left but it's getting harder to get appointment. It's like they lost interest in taking care of you because of hesitation to get the next package. It's unprofessional as they should follow thru on treatment since I paid for it.
It's hard sell for me but I can't 100% say value for money. There is no authentic customer service.
On a positive note, the clinic is clean but you can hear staff talking during sessions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my consultant daphne is super kind and friendly. goes out of her way to make sure i get the best service. depending on my skin, she will change some steps to suit my needs. always comfortable around her and colleagues. environment is super chill as well, in my whole little small room ( with curtains) . enough privacy to chill and relax ! :) highly recommended !!
