This company is by far one of those worst companies that don’t have any concern or care for its customers. My girl had been cancelled an appointment once earlier, and exactly the day before, they cancelled it without any prior intimation. They haven’t had the minimum courtesy of providing the customers whose appointments were cancelled by them priority in re-booking. And despite my indication, my girl booked another appointment with them. This time, even worst, they cancelled the appointment 3 hrs before the time and that too by email. A call on the same was the least we could expect. Probably they expect everyone just to stick to phones all the time. They gave us the reason that the person who is to serve was on MC. While that can be very well true, what’s unacceptable is that there is no attempt to serve the customer who has already been cancelled for appointment twice, by providing another earliest slot. They just take customers for granted. They have no respect for customer’s time. Please only go ahead with them if you think you won’t be affected by the unpredictability whether you will be served or not. And worst of the problems, there is no person who would attend to the phone number provided on their page.

Berenice is a very nice and thoughtful girl. The experience was great with her. She makes you feel comfortable during the process. Will definitely come back to this place to do my waxing (:
