β β β β β Moved into my condo at Gardens Residences barely a month. My fridge temperature settings had gone inoperative and as a result, it could not maintain the coolness. So I called Electrolux last Friday and was told that they can only come down today to rectify it. So came today and the technician said that they dont have the spare part to fix it. This is a relatively new fridge barely one month old. And to think that Electrolux has no spare parts for a new fridge is unimaginable! So it speaks volume of the after sales service by Electrolux.

β β β β β Bought this washing machine model EWF14023 in mid 2018. Started to give problems early 2021.
Service person came in Jan 2021 and said no problem and we charged $95 just for diagnostics. But the intermittent problem persist.
Over the next few months , they will make appointments with us to come repair but will cancel an hour or 2 before the actual appointment. Citing the below reasons
1. No parts, have to wait for HQ to send
2. Parts arrived, limited so have to allot properly.
3. Parts not compatible and so cannot service. The compatible parts are now obsolete. Meaning even though the inverter motor has 10 years warranty, the electrical parts only last 2 years. So there is no meaning in this 10 year inverter motor warranty. Essentially they are giving misinformation on their products.
4. Alternate parts may be available, but have to confirm.
Itβs been more than 8 months now. Our last contact with them was in Jul 2021 telling us they are still waiting on parts.
We are currently looking for a replacement and wiping this brand from our memories. Buyers beware.

β β β β β Came down to get the carbon filter for my hood. The place is very well renovated and the display of the products are well managed. The customer service officer, Unix, served me with patience and answered my queries promptly. A very good overall experience.

β β β β β May was very friendly, patient and helpful when we went to collect our vacuum from servicing. She was very patient in explaining the "do" and "don't on cleaning and the maintenance of our vacuum. She could have just passed the vacuum back to us without explanation as she was not the technician. However, May took the extra mile and demonstrated the easy techniques in cleaning each removal part and maintaining it. Electrolux Service Center is very fortunate to have May on the front office team!

β β β β β Firstly, I wouldn't want to recommend at all. Very very bad and terrible product as well as service. I bought the ultra silencer vacuum last year Nov 2020. It was my 2nd purchased. My 1st vacuum died on me (the exact same vacuum) after 7 years. I bid goodbye and bought the same vacuum since my husband and I like our 1st so so much. My 2nd vacuum started to give me problem after 6 months of using it. We sent it for repair. The staff told me that it would take about 2 working weeks. No loan set was given to us. They forget that vacuum is an essential thing that most people use in the daily chores. We waited and when the exact 2 working weeks arrived, I didn't receive my vacuum. No calls, no update from Electrolux. I called up the customer hotline and to my surprise that their customer service is not based in SG. The customer service side has to liaise with the SG service center thru emails which took them 2-3 days to reply. OMG. Imagine having lapse in the communication, super inconvenience. 1 week later after 3 calls to them, the customer service sent me an email saying that the SG service team were waiting for the arrival of spare parts.
And so I waited again. I have been waiting and waiting for 1 month 1 week for my vacuum. And.....when they sent back my vacuum today , my vacuum came with scratches on it. It came in a red plastic bag.
I opted delivery for them to deliver my vacuum after they completed their repair. When I first sent my item, it was in a mint condition as I always take good care of my things. Electrolux, you should just bubble wrap my item before send it out for delivery.
What kind of service are you giving me. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. With all the wait... is this the service you're providing, Electrolux?
Electrolux, you should just give me a brand new vacuum cleaner.
You have my record, so call me instead of giving a generic reply.

β β β β β To anyone who is thinking of purchasing anything that is service by Electrolux, I would tell them that they are better off with another brand who is not service by Electrolux. I have an issue with my chiller after only 2 years and now I am told that I need a expensive control panel replacement. That is not the worst part of it. I have asked for a copy of the bill for the technician visit which was very expensive ($150) for him to do a 10 min assessment. I asked for a quotation 2 weeks ago and was promised an email on the same day. However nothing came of it. Call multiple times on different days only to be told that they are waiting for a pricing from another department. It certainly felt that Electrolux does not care about their customers at all and If anyone is even doing their job at customer services.
This is the last time that I will look at anything from Electrolux and if any Management is reading this, they should be ashamed and take a serious view of how the company is looking after their customer.
I may be one customer but judging from the other reviews, this is a pattern. If they company cannot provide services for the product that they sell, they might as well close down.

2. May was veey helpful and gave tios ofvhow to maintain my oven.
3. Price of the Filter for the hood was resonable.
4. Clean and comfortable service centre.
5. Easy parking.
Strongly recommend Electroluc products. Keep it up. ???

β β β β β Our old Electrolux dryer finally tumbled it's last load after 10+ years of dedicated service, so with that longevity of service life in mind we hunted down a new Electrolux, this time choosing a condenser dryer EDC-804CEWA. We are absolutely amazed with how much quieter this model is in comparison to our last dryer, and are very impressed with the drain tube that we have plumbed into the laundry sink meaning that we don't have to worry about emptying the water cartridge. Very satisfied customers, thanks again Electrolux! :)
