The Teka fridge in my house stopped working. When I had requested for a service, it was scheduled for the following day. Since I had food stored in the fridge, I requested for an earlier visit. Kathy understood the problem and rescheduled the appointment for the same day. The technician, Edison Yong visited the house and was able to pin point the issue and rectify it in no time. Their timely help ensured that the food stored in the fridge was not wasted and avoided lot of hassle and inconvenience. I would like to Thank both Kathy and Edison for understanding the situation and trying to schedule an appointment as early as they could.

Past user of Teka product and come specifically to buy a replacement product. Service agent did not offer suitable product. In addition, initially, was told i need an appointment b4 i can go into showroom. Not so friendly.

Part and parcel of my work involves getting appointment for repair of electrical products fm different reputated brand such as Bosch, miele, samsung etc. Thus far the most satisfactory Service that i have is from Teka. Not only is their product reliable but their sales team namely Elin from sales and repair team Edison are the GEMS of Teka. Their efficient and friendly service coupled with full product knowledge means I can skip all the long hours of call over the normal customer service hotline and long waiting before I can get a service man to check on the product issue. > 90% of the reputable brands need at least 3 working days to 7 working days before we can get an appointment. This is crazy as if it is fridge issues the food will go bad in no time. Thumbs up! Applause! Way to go!

I purchased the cooker hob, hook and kitchen sink from Teka -Cook With Love in Dec 2020. After installation of the cooker hob by the renovation contractor in early Feb 2021, I found that the flame from the burner is small even though the control knob is in the full position. I contacted Teka and they immediately arranged an appointment for the technical staff to attend to the issue the following day. This problem with the cooker hob burner was resolved within a day. I found that the before and after-sales service of the company is very good. Sherie Sim (sales staff at the showroom) was knowledgeable about the products, listen to my needs and feedback and provided good recommendations. She is the one that I liaise with most of the time. Kathy was prompt in arranging with the technical staff to visit my flat and the technical staff was quick in detecting the issue and rectifying it. He also took the trouble to explain the issue, the action taken to resolve it and reinforce how to use the appliance with its safety features. A very customer-centric service team. Well done.

Was served by Addy without even needing to go to the shop. He was able to recommend a hood, stove and oven replacement from just sending the photos of my existing appliance. I like that the prices are reasonable, and that the recommendations based on my kitchen usage were perceptive and accurate.

Oven works well. Edison who came over to our place for a complimentary demo did an excellent job. Fully explained all the features as well as gave us tips and tricks on how to fully utilize them. All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks Edison and Teka.
