Many thanks to the Customer Service staff, Leau, for her effort in arranging the appointment despite tight schedule. Will definitely engage Absolute again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The admin was prompt in reply and polite. No hard selling. The fee they charge was much more reasonable than those quoted by top rated companies in "THE 36 BEST AIRCON SERVICING COMPANIES IN SINGAPORE (2021)". The AC maintenance technician gave me his honest professional advice on the condition of my air conditioning system and the risk and benefits of certain maintenance services.
I am happy that I engaged the right company for my needs. I shall definitely get their service again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Technicians are more like pushy sales person. First thing arrived was hard selling packages rather than getting work done.
2. Technicians showed little/no interest solving problems.
3. In fact to my surprise, even though I have told the team very clearly with videos about short cycling problem, technicians had no clue at all and even asked me what is short cycling.
4. Incompetent technicians. After explaining what short cycling is (to the “technicians”), the technicians told me I had to change the whole ac unit. And after 10min was told the ac was fine I just had to reset the ac, which I tried many times but to no avail. I only found out subsequently through another contractor that the receiver sensor is spoilt.
5. Price quotes higher than other contractors but I don’t see the value add.
