The staff who attended to us was Shor. Excellent Customer Service! He took the initiative to understand my needs and requirements before recommending the desk and tabletop material that would be suitable for my usage. Despite the pandemic, they were able to deliver the desk on time. The quality of the desk is superb! Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a customizable desk that matches their furniture (PS: They have a list of material catalogue for you to choose from at their showroom). Thumbs Up! :D

For first timers considering an ergonomic chair this is surely something to consider as the prices are not too steep and you get good and quality chair. Used to have backaches and shoulder aches previously when sitting for long hours on my gaming chair. Never believed that the chair was the problem. Found out about this ergonomic chair and for the price told myself to give it a try. No regrets! No longer suffering from any aches and pains. Shor was there when I visited the showroom. He was very knowledgeable and able to explain in detail the products he has. He was patient and told us to take our time and try all the chair and see which will suit us best. Thumbs up for Shor and his team! Keep it up guys.

He patiently explained the features of desk and chair and advised on the key considerations before we decided which model is most suitable for our children. Shor also went the extra mile to ensure our children got their preferred colours for desk accessories. The delivery and installation team led by Ah Weng was also very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant purchase experience throughout. My children are also happy with the kid2youth study table and chair.

Very professional, well knowledge on the products and most importantly, he shared what is the best positioning on an ergonomic working concept. At the end of the almost 2 hours shopping, I bought 2 chairs from them. Well done Mr Shor, keep it up takeAseat!

A	Aden Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought their flagship Luxury Sail. Good chair, very comfortable. Sales team was decent in recommendation, but with some slight attempts at upselling. Nothing forceful. The chair had a slight mechanical problem and I had to call maintenance though. Email support team was bad. They were slow with replying, and one of them went on extended leave without any updates for over a month. Maintenance team is 100% top-notch. Came in, found the fault, and fixed it. Even offered a free upgrade to bypass production issues, though I declined. Very helpful, and arranged follow-ups very promptly. The email support dropped the rating to a 3-stars, but the maintenance team got it up to 4. The chair itself is 5 star.

C	Celine Chua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best ergonomics chair with leg rest in Singapore! I was looking for an ergonomics chair with leg rest and have tested out a few from different stores. I have purchased the one from takeAseat as it's the most comfortable and has a sturdy leg rest. It is also full mesh so it's cooling, unlike others where the leg rest could be of leather. Also, this chair's adjustability is sweet - even the arm rest can be slid backwards to be less protruded such that it wouldn't hit your table/keyboard drawer when you shift in your chair. The service from takeAseat was also awesome and replies were really speedy even outside of work hours! Delivery was received in less than a week. The staff at the showroom also patiently demonstrated the chair's functions and adjustability. Only suggestion for improvement for this chair is that the seat can be longer (this is after adjusted for maximum slid out) such that the length covers the whole under-thigh, and the under-thigh area closer to the knees will be on the seat.
