Apparently this gym dont allow water bottles to be brought to the treadmill/exercise area. Probably staffs are too busy to clean equipments as I often see water splashed marks on machines. Understand that some people might splash water accidentally so people will have to die of thirst during the sweat fest while exercising.

Good facilities overall with treadmills, free weights, bench, and a variety of machines that can satisfy the need for most! Entry fee was very affordable too. The only drawback is that the place is almost always crowded and you have to queue for machines and weights during the peak hours.

best if can adjust back the (11pm) time slot , for afternoon shift ppl finish work can join also .

Very limited selection of free weights: - 1 power rack - 1 bench press - 1 incline bench - 1 smith machine - 2 ez curl bars - assortment of fixed-weight dumbbells and barbells In total there are only 3 full sized barbells, 2 of which are with bench and incline bench press and not supposed to be removed from there. So there's only 1 barbell left at the power rack, which is always occupied. The cable crossover have fixed handles, which offer no variety with the types of exercises that can be done. However, there are plenty of machines and cardio stuff (bikes, threadmills etc), which occupy the bulk of the gym space. There is also shower facilities and lockers in the gym which is convenient. TL;DR: Bad for powerlifting, good for general fitness. Good location and clean equipment.

The gym has recently replace with new machines and with more variety. More importantly the rate is reasonable and affordable. The staff are generally courteous and helpful.

Public sports stadium operated by Sport Singapore. Near Bukit Gombak MRT & the scenic Little Guilin Park. Love low price public gym with classes conducted for children adolescents students and elderly. Friendly cosy comfy green breezy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists Expats locals visitors & families.

Equipment adequate, however the room opposite the main gym allow man to utilise, at present it's only for female, but under utilised.
