Came in just to carry out a simple health check up for my domestic helper, but was greeted with a very rude welcome from the admin old auntie staff. its was extremely rude, could have just told us that the health checkup couldn’t be done in phase 1 opening but instead she started raising her voice unnecessarily. please advise. came in on 11 June 2020 around 8.30am-9am, maybe you could check who was working then. Much appreciated. Theres been instances of rude services from their doctors themselves as well thats why i’ve simply changed my loyalty to the clinic next door.

Very gentle dentist and friendly assistant auntie. Been here for years. Very conventional. Appointment is hard to take and no cashless. But Dr Tang’s service and experience is good enough to give full stars.

Dr Tang Ming Kwong. Very good service from him. He explained in detail the condition of my teeth and gum, gave me an estimated cost of all the treatment needed, gave advice on how to take care from now on. Very satisfied with his service. Nurse was very friendly and patient. Highly recommended. Unlike other doctors, he did not advertise other expensive treatments like implants. Cash only payments, no NETS, no cashless payments.

Our experience was extremely good ! Honestly speaking, this is the best clinic I have ever found, for my whole life in Singapore so far for a few decades. This clinic is not like other clinics, this clinic is really putting their whole heart efforts to look after the health of the patient. Last week, on 19th Aug, we went this clinic for the first time. My elderly folk at home was feeling very tired and lack of strength. We were seen by Dr. Wong early in the morning on 19th Aug. Dr. Wong was very caring, He gave us very detailed explanations about the symptoms, possible causes, and performed very careful examinations for the elderly. It took a while to complete the physical examination, because Dr. Wong was paying great attention to details. Elderly is a bit frail, but Dr. Wong is very careful and very professional. When it is the time for some blood draw, Dr Wong was so experienced and careful during the blood drawing, so much so that the patient says didn't feel much needle pain at all ! Amazing ! A good doctor with a kind heart, is really a treasure for the health of your elderly folks at home, and treasure for the health of yourself. Good words do come around. We went this clinic actually because some other elderly folks living in the same area ("Local Advise") strongly recommended this clinic. After I followed this Local Advise and visited this clinic, I now really know that the doctor truly spend a lot of time on each patient in order to take good care of the patient. I saw all previous reviews for this clinic were very positive and they speak exactly the same as my personal experience last week. There was only one review from Rurul that was a bit negative. Maybe that only negative review was just an internet troll that have nothing better to do ... I deeply thank Dr. Wong, who is very professional, knowledgeable, polite and have a very kind heart.
