Burger King

Ordered an ice cream. Waited 15 mins before anyone even started to make our order. They were continued washing after seeing us waiting for our order.

I'm missing a burger! Lol Ordered take out and had em took my receipt to check out order and teller gestured + said yes all there, aaaaannddd the kiddo next to me eating my burger (coz BK missed out his). Had instant noodles coz of this. Hahahaha im coming back for my burger xD

Finally opened at Eastpoint Mall! Located at Level 1, just beside of main entrence. Opens till 10pm, Mon to Sun. The outlet is rather small though. There's also 2 self ordering kiosk. Got my food fast and hot.

The staff attending to us Ms Syahirah was so blank faced and was rude. She was not smiling at all, and was just irritable all the time she spoke. She was irritatingly speaking to all the customers and was not polite at all! Please speak with her urgently and ask her to improve her manners and the way sh serves customers!

This particular outlet in Eastpoint mall is so very pathetic. Food which never smells fresh (something different about it compared to other BKs) and especially their staff which is ridiculously rude and unfriendly. My fam is in general a fan of Burger king, if you visit their Changi or any other outlet but this EPM one makes you absolutely dislike BK ! Yesterday I was there with fam for breakfast and ordered 3 meal bundles. As soon as we reached our table with the food tray, I realized that one of the meal is missing. I immediately called the counter lady to my table and the food was still wrapped / uneaten. She straightaway refused to acknowledge without even looking at my tray. She looked through my tray when I said are you for real ? then she literally looked through each packet before realizing that they missed to give me my full order. She came back with the rest of my order but without any apology or acknowledgement of error. Really surprises me how such people get into Hospitality, rather how big brands hire such non customer friendly and indifferent staff to manage their counters.

Greeted by a rude staff member who told me I had to use the kiosk to order because there was "nobody to man the cashier". I told her I wanted to pay in cash and consequently couldn't use the kiosk. She just gestured at me as if to say "too bad ??‍♀️". So lemme get this straight - you're telling me staff members who literally work behind the counter aren't trained to simply input my order and take my cash? Oh well if y'all don't want customers' business that's ur loss :)

Staff is super friendly and cheerful ! We love to go there day or night, the vibes is fantastic! Although it’s small but enough for simei residences :p the hot chocolate is really a must try ! There’s monthly promo code that we can enjoy ?

I know burger king service is slow, but this branch definitely under staff. I only saw 1 person at counter preparing food at the back and serve the food as well. See all the review, Burger king management should take a look into this topic and come out with solution. Hope see improvement with this branch in future.
