Just across Kentucky fried chicken, offering the easties more choices for their Dining pleasure
Consider it the smallest MOS I have ever visited, also the menu here is quite limited maybe due to the mini pantry area which would be the main reason for it

Today the burger is so cold, the cheese isn’t even melted and there is no sauce when I ordered spicy.
The fried chicken is also soaking cold! Why do you serve cold food? No quality, it’s very bad.
Very bad no quality control! Please train your staff properly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a huge fan of the MOS burger franchise, but this branch has completely ruined my experience. I ordered the MOS Cheese burger. The burger was presented in a very unappealing manner and the sauce is very strange, tastes plastic-like and doesn't seem fresh, I actually felt like vomiting because this strange plastic taste was so overwhelming. The quality is really bad at this outlet when you compare it to other outlets such as Bedok Mall (which the burgers are amazing there), but at Eastpoint it is really inconsistent and doesn't taste as good for some reason. I've worked in FNB before and I know it can be hard to regulate the quality of food but this is really unacceptable in my opinion. I strongly urge the staff to perhaps do a stricter check of the quality of the ingredients. Really would advise against eating at this outlet, was excited that it opened at Eastpoint but just left disappointed at the abysmal quality of the burgers. MOS burger, please do better. :-(
