Quality of MacDonalds here not as great as others. The mayo in mchicken is abit sour today. The patty is not crispy at all. Same for the 6pc nuggets. By the time they are served to me, it's not crispy hot nuggets but room temperature nuggets. Fries are overly fried, not crispy and abit charred. Looks like time to change oil man. Waiting time is also off. It's called fast food for a reason.
Staff is friendly and helpful though, practising safe distancing measures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hifzhan (I think, apologies if I got your name wrong) provided exemplary service; helping us make sure there were seats when we entered the restaurant, getting a balloon for my child and other young kids there, running upstairs and downstairs getting condiments etc for customers (full service at a McDonald's!?).
When we entered he even apologised for the long waiting time (it wasn't that long). This level of service won't be out of place even in high-end restaurants, so kudos to this young gentlemen for making our breakfast a pleasant one ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 of the worst McD outlet to go for a fast food restaurant. The food collection counter is so disorganized. The waiting time takes at least 20 minutes or so. The fries were already soggy when I collected the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there, waiting for someone to take my order, but it seems that no one even bother yo asks me anything. And when i asked the service there, he clearly told me that there’s no one who will take my orders.
Really? This is the kind of service that macdonalds is giving me?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mc D is always good :) Who doesn't love it ? :D that is my immediate place when I'm hungry. Especially this outlet is always good at following social distancing measures, you can also see in photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must give a good compliment of this east point McDonald’s outlet. When I step in was almost 1am . The staff told Me I can still order before 1 Am . Actually left 2 min away to 1am . The staff who serves me I guess his name Mr. Yap I only saw the name tag Y I not sure is Mr. Yap or not. anyway the service was impressed me. After I collect and go off the other staff open the door and sent me off and great me good night . I think 1 of the Malay staff . Although is 1am I knew all are working late morning but the service are still there’s. thanks for your hard work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good choice to dine over weekday mornings with the breakfast platter, when there is less crowd. This is a cosy outlet with 2 storey of seating capacity. But please note of the steep stairs when carrying your tray of food to the upper level. Try to avoid using the flight of stairs when you are accompanied with young ones or elderly folks.
