Best luck to their business ?
I decided to never visit this particular outlet in whole life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken choices are great! My favourite is chicken porridge. Management should re-look into staffing. I sense the staff are overworked and tired. This led to poor service.

Chicken uncooked, smelly - smell raw, wedges for dry n old, the orginal stack has some wasabi kind of sauce (eww). Then new curry something is just potato sauce can eat with prata. Wonder why KFC standard go down soo much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, when my bf and i entered the shop, a Malay staff told us no space directly and never ask us to wait awhile. the attitude also something wrong.
2nd, I remark in order want to dine in, the staff put everything in plastic bag and call us via number, never mind then.
3rd, we bring the plastic bag to the table, there is no spoon for my porridge, so i went to get spoons from the order counter. After that, no tissue in the plastic bag, i went to counter 2nd times, the Malay aunty said “minta ini minta itu” after I turned my body wanted to back to my seat.
What’s wrong, KFC?? Am i wrong to take things from ur counter that u should provide to me? Speak malay though i dont understand? What kind of attitude u provided to customer??
