Jollibee (Century Square) - 2 Tampines Central 5

Order a 5 pc tenders and this is the amount I was given for the mayo dip. No wonder the rating is 1.6 for this store. Mofo!

I went yesterday and ordered 2 sets of 2 piece chicken joy set. After ordering from the self order machine, i specifically went to the counter to inform the staff that i want all chicken thigh meat. The staff told me need to wait for 20 mins and i said ok i will wait. After about 20 minutes my number was called.. i even double checked with the staff if its thigh meat, the person said yes. After reaching home i realize i was given wing and breast meat... Super dissapointed with this branch

swee. good chicken. large, not too dry, not too oily. The ice cream was also nice & for $1.50 it’s a steal. usher guy that managed the queue was also great. 9/10 though because they forgot my buttered corn. honest mistake which they promptly corrected.

(On 29th of April 1730hrs) I place a order & went somewhere before collecting. When I came to collect abt maybe 15mins time, my number on my receipt doesn't shows on the ready collction screen. As I waited for another 15mins still doesn't appeared on the screen, so that I decided to approach the counter to check on my order, a malay lady wearing a scarf attended to me when I asked to checked on my order then she checked & she broought to me & told me this order was very long ready but I told her that your screen doesn't shows my number. She replied me not in a good tone saying that the screen only have limited numbers shown on the screen. How the customers or me knows abt this, even when the screen have lesser numbers appear but it doesn't reflects the numbers that have miss out by the customers. When I collected my stuff from her I asked for chilli sause she took the pkts of sause & threw it in my packaging. What type of attitude is this?

The standard has dropped and very disappointing. The chicken used to be so nice and flavourful. Ordered spicy chicken but i dun taste any spicy at all expected on the skin. They have thigh or drumsticks only. Went tampines branch during non peak hour.

Now I usually love Jollibee but the service here is atrocious. Reached the place around 8:38PM and placed an order. They shut down the self order Kiosks as well. So you’d be forced to queue up to place an order. The person who took my order told me PayWave wasn’t accepted and only cash / NETS was the only way to make payment. The machine is obviously the PayWave machine and other Jollibee outlets I’ve been to are able to accept PayWave so why can’t this outlet do so? Unless each Jollibee outlet is different? Which shouldn’t be the case since they’re under one company and it’s just various franchised outlets. At around 8:45PM, they were telling customers no more dine in is allowed and only takeaway. They were practically already cleaning up at 8:40PM despite them closing at 9PM. All the food was already prepackaged and placed in the cardboard boxes. The chicken from this specific outlet was so sad, dry & depressing. Usually I’m a huge fan of Jollibee’s chicken but this was the saddest & driest chicken I’ve ever had. It’s no wonder that this specific outlet has such low ratings, and no long queues lol. Just go to another outlet if you want to get juicy Jollibee chickens. ???

Can't believe how badly managed this Jollibee outlet is...this is our fourth time trying to order delivery, and we play safe by ordering outside of peak hours, yet the orders keep delaying and delaying and stretched beyond 2.5 hours and end up being cancelled. If Jollibee do not have the required standards to offer delivery service, then it should get itself off food delivery platform and not misled hungry diners. Very dubious and deceitful 3rd world management!

A supporter to Jollibee, the delivery today (Deliveroo #1483) was disappointing. The fried chicken were dry, not juicy at all; Spaghetti were a little too sweet to me. Hope my next order will be like before ~ juicy, fresh and yummy!
