I'm very happy with the service, the quality of the cake and the craftsmanship, very pleasant to look at and most importantly it taste delicious, all at a reasonable price tag, I ordered the Unicorn Cakelet at $22.90, you can have them write down the message for free but you will need to order few days in advance, highly recommend!

I would like to credit to a few staff members for handling the call regarding replacement of the birthday celebration cake. Apparently, I had a birthday celebration today & order a praline cake (super delicious) via grab. So the rider did not deliver the item to us but it was saying item was delivered in the apps. After trying to calling Bugis branch there is no one picking up the calls, ( probably they are handling guest on ground) so i tried to call different branch number to reached out to them and raise the issue up. The service from dayana person who handling me was very professional and sweet even tho she need to keep checking with her superiors about the issue. Then Tampines branch incharge took over and listen to my issues and explained what can be done as the celebrations have to be resume. So after having a decent conversation and understanding what is the issue which lead I’m not asking for refund but only requesting for replacement of the item & come down to the outlet collect myself( which I did) to prevent another delivery rider mistake. I received my replacement + complimentary strawberry cake. As this matter was from 3rd party delivery partners causing an error. So overall experience was amazing & good service delivered from handling difficult situation. Thank you ☺️ (Dayana,Alicia, Dira & Branch Manager Atiqah if I remember correctly)

Did not have a great experience while just trying to book an order for a chocolate free and nut free cakelet platter. The person who was taking the phone enquiry misguided me saying redvelvet and caramel options are chocolate free n nut free (website says they are not) and when i raised this point, asked me to send an email and finished the conversation quickly. So obviously didn't continue with placing the order given the level of customer service

I ordered 3 lemon meringue tarts worth $7.90 each. Waited an hour for the delivery and then received them TOTALLY DESTROYED. CALLED UP the bakery they blamed it on the rider ??. I agree its the Rider's fault as well but the studio should know better how they Pack The tarts. The tarts were lose and therefore, there was complete Spilling. Absolute disappointment.

I ordered delivery from this tampines outlet. It took 4hours for it to be delivered! I live at paya lebar! I ordered it at around 4pm and only at around 8pm it was delivered! I already did try to order early so that even if there’s delay I would still get my cake around 6+pm!!!

Excellent service from Ms Nur’Afiiqah right from the point of enquiry to the completion of the cake. Ms Afiiqah even updated me on the status of my cake a few days before the delivery date. She even sent me a photo of the finished cake before delivery was made. Even the delivery personnel was polite and handled the cake with care. Keep up the good work!

Thumbs up for staff at TM, Ms Zila. I missed the timeline to place a pre-order for the unicorn cake. She have kindly helped me to reserve the cake for next day pick up out of goodwill. The cake taste great too!
