Awesome cakes but poor service attitude from staff at Tampines 1, service attitude is totally different from parkway parade.

Wide variety of delicious pastries, personal fav is Guanaja

I tried the guanaja, simply delicious. You can taste the chocolate and I like the crispy layer at the bottom. Price is higher compared to another shop. $7 for the smallest slice.

I am utterly disappointed and upset by the service rendered by their staff, Ivy from the Tampines outlet. As a regular customer, I knew what cake I wanted to buy for Mother's Day celebration and proceeded to the cashier counter as indicated by their signage. Being next in line, Ivy attended to a customer who was after us. My friend and I thought that she may have overlooked, although our presence was prominent. When she was done, we attempted to place our order when she deliberately look pass us and serve another customer behind us, ignoring our request. We brought it to her attention that we were next in line and have been ignored once previously as well. Ivy got defensive claiming that both customers were ahead of us. What was really upsetting is the fact that she ignored us when we were trying to place our order. No eye contact nor whatsoever and continued to speak to the lady behind us. We felt discriminated! No apologies from Ivy at all. Bad customer service. It is really sad as my family and I really enjoyed their cakes and would only order from them for every celebrations of ours. Needless to say that they have lost a loyal customer, not just me but my entire family as well.

High quality pastry found in shopping centre!! Guanaja (4.75/5) My wife bought this for my birthday, haha my taste bud has made my wife suffer alot over the years trying to made me happy on my special day. muacks 老婆. This french bitter sweet dark chocolate is their signature cake and inside has bits of crunchy biscuit which added to the different texture when you bite it. Well done! Strawberry short cake (4.25/5) I bought this for my company event and won quite a few ladies fans I think haha. The light and soft fluffy texture make this cake always a welcome dessert even after a full lunch. The outlook is very simple and classy with big red nice strawberry to contrast with the snowy white cake. You can also ask them to remove liquor if there are kids or muslim friends. Added on.. Crunchy cheese crumb (3/5) This is offically my favourite cake shop, so wanted to try some other flavour, overall the taste I like it, however if you wanted to impress somebody I suggest you dont order this as cutting the whole cake would be "SUPER" messy.

Awesome cakes.......especially their Strawberry Shortcake, Tiramisu (alcoholic)and of course their Signature Guanaja!!!!! (Have yet to try the rest of their flavours.....yummy). Service with a smile makes it a very lovely experience. Thank you Tampines 1 Rive Gauche!!! ♡♡♡

Ordered via grab and item came in one piece. Correct number of candles given too. Just abit disappointed cause the cake didnt taste like its price. Just a very simple fruit cake that has a mix of vanilla mousse. I didnt really liked the finger sponge as it gives of a really airy texture. Maybe just wasnt the type of cake i expected. Previously patronised the store and i recall their eclair was quite good though! And i do want to try their strawberry shortcake next time (it wasnt available on grab) so hopefully that can change my review and rating for this post!
