β β β β β Meat combo was amazingly delicious, nice ambience. This was the first time trying this outlet food is nice. I have tried other outlets food taste good in here too. Would recommend this place.

β β β β β Their mushroom asparagus is nice and the truffle oil adds up to the flavour of the food. The deep fried mango roll dimsum and dumpling in sour vinaigrette are a must try. Wanton dumpling is also good but the soup is bland. Price wise is a bit above the normal average.

β β β β β Classic, standard Cantonese afternoon tea options and cuisines served by a well known brand in a Mall within a residential area. Food is consistently fresh, well prepared and served quickly it was impressive. Now, all that was missing was our tea which was rather minor to quibble with. We don't mind. Thank you, team CJ @ Tampines Mall!

β β β β β Errrr what happened to the standard here?? Just slices of pork belly on the plate? No veggie no garnish? Tofu was indeed day light robbery... What you see in those pictures is what would be served to you. Seasoning/flavors are bland. Think twice before queuing a long time to eat here.
Service is also kind of slow and seems understaffed. There were many empty tables but they told us to register our names and wait for 10mins or so???
Air conditioning here is also poor...
Overall, it is not worth to dine here for their hefty priced menu. Rather go to paradise group or somewhere else to eat.

β β β β β Edit: Visited again on Mothers day and will keep my review at 4 star. Surprisingly, it was very full house and service was still the same. A little understaffed but food came out quickly.
Food is good as usual, but this place seems to be understaffed? Only had like 2 staff working in the lobby to bring the customers to their seats and taking order. Order was served pretty fast from the kitchen.
But still a generally good experience because the staff was patient and attentive to our needs. Hope they dont get overworked..

Generally, food and service was on point.
One food item, cruellers wrapped with rice noodle was sent back due cruellers over deep fried and the oil was rancid (last photo)
Restaurant removed item from our bill.
Best dish was glutinous rice.
Will eat there again.

β β β β β We had a great Mother's day celebration here at Crystal Jade HK kitchen. Though some dishes were out of stock, the Chef Recommended dishes were all savoury and fresh. Service was still good though they were quite overwhelmed by the sheer amount of diners on a holiday. Overall, a great place to dine in. :)
