★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location away from the buzzing city yet close to town and MRT station. The breathtaking view of the southern part of Singapore, day and night, makes a tiring day of work feel so calm.
An NTUC at the condo opp makes it convenient for grocery and all our daily needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb location as close walking proximity to the Redhill Mrt Station. Apartments with high ceiling, and powerful air conditioning system, Mitsubishi Electric Starmex Inverter systems. ? We have a few regular Annual Maintenance Contract customers here!
And bad side is the Security Guards don't seem to standardize their work flow, sometimes they want contractors to park outside but sometimes they allow us to park beside the guard house when providing our details before entering. It should be a standard work flow, let the contractors park beside the guard house, draw 2 yellow lots there, instead of making contractors do reversing out and on the side road, this can lead to unexpected or unforeseen accidents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is amazing and there are plenty of food and transportation options in this area. Super convenient as the supermarket and wet market are less than 5mins away.
Facilities wise can be better managed as the lifts tend to break down often, and the jacuzzi pools are mosquito breeding grounds. If you can overlook these two pointers then everything else seems to he perfect.
