Likes:
- great view, nice breeze,
- good location close to mrt and multiple bus stops, near orchard, holland village, clarke and harbour front. Near 7/11, ikea and anchorpoint shopping mall. Very convenient location
- nice pool area private from units above
- renovated lobby
Dislikes:
- small gym
- mrt somewhat noisy ( depending what floor you live on )
- no community within the condo as well as no near walking distance to shops or mall ( must take bus )
- facility is okay - playground, downstairs garden
- 22nd floor is wasted space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location as its a 2 min walk to redhill mrt and 7-10 min drive to Orchard, Botanic Garden, CBD and Vivo City/Sentosa. Great cycling and walking paths in Alexandra Canal. Layout is squarish, bright and windy as its North South facing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condo has the worst security guards I've ever encountered. They behave and work as though the whole world owe them a living. Very rude and unfriendly. No smile, no word of please or welcome when being thanked.
