★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patronised this place only as it is raining outside. Initially I could have skipped having my meal here because I thought I do not have enough cash. But end up, able to, because I have apparently enough coins. Bought the chicken rice at $4.50 takeaway.
It is, by far, the worst chicken rice I ever eat. The rice taste is a mixture of abit of chicken rice, abit of coconut rice (nasi lemak type) and some rice is just normal rice taste. Maybe they use the same rice cooker as they do sell other type of rice other than chicken rice. The chicken meat is quite slim and dry. Lastly, the shop is branded as Hainanese chicken rice :( !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff claimed that this place has been opened over a year but never seen this place last year, maybe I missed it. Chicken rice is okay but the pricing is weird. $4 for chicken rice, $6 for a set with beansprout/veg, bad pricing. Chicken meat is just a bit of breastmeat flatten, quite pathetic but okay lah. Rice hard. Other places better and cheaper chicken rice. Maybe Malay food here better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food here is quite decent. The chicken porridge, beansprouts, and thai style beancurd were good. As for the chicken rice itself, the chicken portion given was quite small, probably cuz of Msia's chicken export ban.
Quite touching to see the cook help to keep a lookout for a small kid when his mum (the only adult with him) went off outside on her own while he ate.
