★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't say this is the best because there are now so many Roti Prata restaurants in Singapore now. However, Jalan Kayu is the place that started it all and is worth visiting one of these here whenever passing by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed service. Ordered tandoori chicken it came half an hour later and solid hard. Definitely not fresh and tasted stale. Nan was freshly cooked. Informed the cashier, he is speechless so understood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for supper on 7/5/22 @2230hours,was dissapointed food served there was not as good as before,paid $7,for mee soup that consist of chicken bits from another menu and few strands of chye sim and a totally bland tasteless clear soup!!!,if owner never do anything to improve food quality,I think better close down or just stick to roti prata only,annoying!!

Thosai is very rather cold.
The Bru coffee ☕ lacks punch, taste like normal coffee.
Service is good.
Food deserves 2 star

Long Q to order food ,Service almost zero . Nobody clear the tables. The lights are the most irritating bright white LED lights which blind the eyes type . A turn off . Will never come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very packed with people so it’s understandable service suffered a little. But the food taste-wise is not really good. The mee goreng still has the strong alkaline noodle taste and the plain prata is not really plain but very oily and with a sweet glaze. At least the chicken briyani is not bad.
