★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my children's favorite western food store. We love the Double Cheese Grill Chicken, very yummy! Food wise, I give 4 star. I have to deduct 1 star because of 2 negatives: 1) Long waiting time - It is usually long queue and may have to wait for up to 40 mins. 2) Customer service is not good. The staff could be over-whelmed with the high amount of orders, so usually not very patient and not trained in customer service. Don't expect a "thank you for your order" type of remarks from the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed with the appalling staff attitude. Not only they had our orders incorrect, but the staff refused to acknowledge their fault and was intimidating that its customer issue. Could have better addressed this in a much professional manner.
Compared to our first visit months ago, it was much pleasant and great. I hope this wouldn't be our last time visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ damm unpleasant lol for the amount paid, the staff there has like the worse service attitude I have ever encountered in my whole life. Gosh just keep glaring at me when I was trying to order food, and didn't bother to response to anything I said and went to wash the dishes half way I'm deciding what to eat, honestly just quit your job if all you do is upset someone else lol

Food was above average, although slightly pricier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to like the chef place at bakit batok esp the Salmon steak. All time fav. Coming to try this one at anchorvale, the standard is so much different. Very unpleasant lunch. Spoil my day, will nv come here again. Salmon no the usual steak cut. Veg overcook, pasta no taste. First time I ate half. Never eat here again

To add, I'd usually go for the chicken chop, and chicken chop with spaghetti, fried rice. Been satisfied with the quality of food and what I'm paying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered in for my family and the shop missed out one of our orders. Also asked for the sirloin steak to be medium rare, however it came as well done. The meat was super tough, dry and charred. In fact, I had a difficult time cutting up the steak that I gave up on eating it. The side dishes did not fare any better too, the vegetables and mashed potato were tasteless. Whereas, my bf’s chicken chop tasted extremely salty and had a weird aftertaste. Overall, we did not enjoy the food.

but upon ordering the guy with glasses rudely remarked what sort of spaghetti there are so many variety and rolled his eyes. My question is, he is in service line, why can't he explain in a nicer way?
The food no doubt is one of the better one in the vicinity. Price wise is slightly pricier.
Buy using grab food would save you the trouble.
