Staff at Canaan are polite and always follow up the day after my appointment. The Dentist also explains the problem thoroughly before working on my teeth every visit. The only thing I believe can be improved is their opening hours - if they could extend the hours a little later once a week so that we don’t have to take annual leave for dental visits!

Highly recommended. Feels pretty comfortable during the procedure . They don't hurry into something and explain everything very calmly later.

I am a long time customer and I visit this dental clinic mainly for routine cleaning, filling and consultation because it was located close to my neighbourhood. The staff checked my gums today in a detailed manner which was great but since gum checks are uncomfortable and rather painful, I honestly do not recall that the previous doctor has done that during my last dental check-up just 5 months ago. No one has told me about the severity of my front gums until today. This really made me wonder if the doctors here have a proper guideline for dental check-ups. In addition, the clinic has tried to charge extra for the diagnosis since it was done by a senior doctor. I feel that this is unacceptable to any customer when they have never requested for a senior doctor in the first place. In the end they gave a discount for this but this has certainly caused some displeasure for me. Lastly, I remember having to wait for at least half an hour for my appointment during my last visit so I hope that the clinic can look into maintaining a punctuality policy for their customers.

The best dentists I've been to. They are very conscientious, and they explain in detail what they are doing and why. I really appreciate that! I've been going here for years and just recommended the place to a friend, who said that she also loved the level of service and care that she received here. Highly recommended!

i have been with Canaan since 2011, and had a myriad of experiences. In the beginning I was really unhappy because fees and service and treatment were not on par. Over the years, I think Canaan has improved on their efficiencies and a vast improvement in friendliness and being to explain to their patients the treatments they require, and the quality improvement. After 6 years, today I finally found a dentist I like! Dr Jocelyn is great! She is knowledgeable and thorough, I felt very assured that she really is taking good care of my tooth the care and attention it deserves, and I always have many questions and I liked that she patiently addressed my concerns and walked me through her treatment process. Receptionists people were also great today. Everything went well and felt good today. Overall, the clinic is nice and I believe they have advance tools for your teeth if you need. I love my dentist. I think I will travel the distance just to get her again.

Ms Ada, the Dental Hygienist whom attended to me, really gave my badly stained teeth a new, extremely clean and sparkling look. Service was impeccable, professional and assuring as well. She was really gentle while handling my teeth. Will definitely go for more regular maintenance with her. Now, I can definitely smile with confidence again. Highly recommended ?

I’ve been going to Canaan for years, and after they kept me waiting today more than half an hour, for what could only have been their second or third appointment of the day (10am), I’ve decided to find another dentist. Worth noting that they’re quite zealous in their schedule management (repeated text reminders, exhortations to come early etc), so it’s doubly annoying that they show this complete lack of basic respect to their customers. Also worth noting that in the years I’ve been going, they have consistently kept me waiting around 10-15 min on average past my appointment times. Considering they are on the pricey side (and a “dental hygienist” does the actual cleaning while the actual dentist just comes in for a quick examination) it’s just not worth putting up with.
