Nothing much here at junction 10. Prefer Seoul Garden than Captain kim Korean BBQ&hotpot. Desert? Here only have watermelon . The food is not nice . And very disappointed for the food, service and the sauce. Seoul garden is the best to go. Even our bbq paper is burn the staff saw and didn't approach us or ask β€œwould u like me to change a new paper for u” what kind of service is this? Seoul harden staff they approach us and even ask if we want to change the bbq paper as the staff saw that out bbq paper is burn and black. And its not healthy too! As the black burn will stick to your food? And u eat? Look at this pic i just taken, its so Disgusting

Finally they opened up in the west! Went on a Friday night and luckily I booked a table Cos there was a long queue! This is my 2nd time trying after eating the one at Tampines. The meat were really flavourful, a lot of variety too. The side dishes was alright cos there were missing menu such as the pancake. Just a bit disappointed that they don’t have the lettuce wrap like the ones Koreans usually eat. We also ordered the churros which was very small. Lmao The place was quite huge and you’ll be given a piece of paper to write your orders.

The place is marvelous and its not because of its food but the customer service. I brought my wife and baby along to Bukit Panjang outlet, usually myself or my wife will not have a "peaceful" time eating but this particular place made it happen. The store manager or supervisor made it comfortable for us, brought in baby seats and even one of the server brought out watermelon for my baby to eat. All these were done without any prompt and request!!!. Overall we had a good time there and myself and my wife really got to enjoy our food and time. Only the kimchi soup was very new to me. ? will definitely come again and recommend families to go.

Oh Wow, Wow, Wow ... #unpopularopinion ahead. Where do I start? First off, I am a fan of cook yourself kinda meal and have been looking forward to having a meal here. Couldnt get a reservation on Saturday so went on Sunday instead. Everything started of well, got our seats and we were presented with our menu / order chit and was told that we should be done by 2pm (we came at 1220pm / resevation at 1230pm) Here's where it started getting a bit off. After placing our orders from 1 server, another server came and asked what would we want to drink, lime Juice, fruit punch or ice water. We asked if we can get separate drinks, no reply except shaking of head to indicate no. Oh well, lime juice it is. Then came our food, this was 10mins into our order and guess what, our pot wasn't boiling. The server came to assist. Maybe, they should consider to just do a quick explanation on how the barbecue plates etc works so that diners do not need to keep asking. Now the food, you know it's not seasoned optimally when the flavours and taste just doesn't seem to click. Maybe I'm a novice but the very least I know what to do is to slap meats on the barbecue grill. The tasteless soup base just does not cut it one bit. We ordered 2 rounds and the second round, I wanted munchies and what I got was soggy fries, shards of sticky chicken and can't remember the name of the other, (I would have named that dish "disappointment"). Fortunately the veggies seem fresh so that was decent. Oh and the sauces, sambal belacan only? Really? That's the level of heat? Another saving grace was this, in an ambience that seemed cold, uninviting, doom and gloom, there was this server who came over and politely (sensing a bit of cheerfulness in his voice) asked "would you like me to clear that Bowl for you" pointing to leftover Bowl of the alleged volcanic chicken marinate which I mixed with the soup to season my meats. Oh, and another servers was kinda nice too, a lady. All in all, for close to 70 bucks, I will give this place a major miss. Just doesn't cut it for me at all. Oh well, until positive change happens, then not patronizing again. Food : 2 / 5 Staff : 3 / 5 Ambience : 2 / 5

Buffet For 2pax Total Bill Ard $70. Staffs There Were Quite Attentive N Friendly. All The BBQ Meats Were Well Marinated N Flavourful. Only Dislike The Chicken Luncheon Meat? Addictive Churros , Small Portion. Need To Order A Few Servings. Dessert Taste So So Only. Still A Satisfied Meal After All.

It was empty on a Sunday's afternoon, probably because now is Ramadan, that's why there's not many patrons. You will be given a sheet of paper to order the food. They will serve you according to what you chose. The staff mentioned it will go back to buffet self service style in 2 weeks time. Since it is a budget korean bbq place, you can't complain with free flow of meat. It's good option to have a hotpot for patrons to cook instant noodle and other food, together with bnq meat. However will pass the cooked food as they were cold and tasteless. If you are crave for bbq and low in budget, can go for this.

Patronized here for lunch on the weekdays few days back. Wasn't aware that we had to book for time slot but was lucky that we didn't have to wait long. Food was great. Enjoyed the meat and hotpot. Only down side is that this place still has to manually order to the waiter/waitress. So its hard to get their attention since its always busy. Would be great if they were to implement the screen ordering system like most restaurant does these days. Overall, I would come back once in awhile when craving for KBBQ as the prices are reasonable for a buffet.
