During our months of car hunting, we came across Jerry at a Car Show in Oasis Terrace Mall Punggol. Being Attentive and Inclusive to our needs and enquiries, he never failed to impress us with his responses; which were all frank, transparent and sincere. We made the booking for our car at the last hour before the Circuit Breaker phase1 lock down. As months went on till our car registration recently, most of our requests were met and those that couldn’t be met were acknowledged and alternatives were always offered to us. Would recommend James as your sales executive when viewing. Explain the process clearly with no hidden charges. However, I decide to withdraw my interest a day after I signed my sales agreement after much consideration as I am not in a hurry to get a car at high COE. As they provide a cooling period, James being a gentleman agree to return my deposit. Thumbs up on this.

Got a new Honda Vezel from SG Car choice and was served by the friendly and efficient sales lady Sherline. We saw and tested the various models like Honda shuttle, Toyota Yaris etc at Ubi. They have lots of selections, and she was patient to introduce each car's function to me. There was no hard sales tactic, allowing my wife and myself to really have a good time considering what's ideal for our needs. After we decided on our model, we were able to get our coe bid done the first round. Giving us much confidence in the transaction process. During the wait for the delivery of the car, (about 7-8 weeks), Sherline regularly contacted us and give us update. Her response was also prompt whenever we have questions. We collected the car at AMK link branch. The whole experience is smooth and great as Sherline was assuring and easy to talk with.
