Enough manpower tho ... so why rush resulting a poor quality washing.
Slacken ... boss ignorant. Earned to much and forgotten quality control but more interested to make bigger bucks.
This car wash price alone is one of the highest in the business.
Never clean properly.
Many many times paid additional $5 for rim wash ... but they never deliver their promise ... did not air dried and tyre shine after.
Car wash alone is $11/- but quality given is like $1.
Had stopped going there for the past 6 months.
Next door Shell station is much much better now.
No wonder most car owners switches next door. Better quality work.

More expensive among other car wash, so I expected better quality ... yet so terrible and it's been many times they are giving this poor standards !!
NOT value for $ at all folks.
Asking the owner for my $$$ back !!
In addition, my rims is still dirty after a wash.
They are good when they started a couple of years ago.
Being complacent ... when they earned enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a SCAM of a car wash costing me $22 this morning around 9.10am for a 5 minutes spray spray wipe wipe and go car wash. Price displayed $12 for a wash, added $5 for rim clean but was asked to pay additional $5 because of CNY Eve. Worst thing was I when I found yesterday’s bird droppings still on my bonnet at my next destination and had to wipe off with wet tissue.
Seriously I don’t mind to support local businesses working hard during peak seasons and pay extra but this is truly a SCAM! Don’t deserve any business at all.
